A Bird Hit My Window And Now I’m A Lesbian

Fionn, a cute girl and a mysterious stranger, shows up at Gray’s doorstep holding the corpse of a bird that cracked Gray’s window. They hold an impromptu bird funeral that changes the way Gray views herself and her lesbian identity. Completed August, 2023.

I created the animatic for this production, which I then animated myself. Below is a side by side comparison of my original animatic, and what I ended up animating during production. Through this process I identified weaknesses in the original animatic, as well as ways to make my drawings more dynamic in the future. I look forward to applying this knowledge to my future storyboards.
